I'm not at all dissatisfied with the PRODUCT - I'm absolutely dissatisfied by the Customer Service that I received. I was told that we had been chosen to be "product ambassadors" and that we would receive some extra special swag along with our order. After purchasing, and spending money, we received a triangular piece of cloth. No swag. No thanks. No pics posted of kitty that were submitted wearing piece of said cloth. No responses to any messages AT ALL. Nothing. I was basically lured in to be a "product ambassador" under the PRETENSE of receiving extra items and having my kitty placed on the web JUST SO THAT I WOULD PLACE AN ORDER. Total crap. Would never do business with company again, and have been making my opinion known! Thanks, but no thanks.

I got this as an ambassador, and my lovely Sirka looked stunning in it! I noticed however that she was scratching at it a lot, and after some time someone stole it, and the collar it was attached to(nowhere to be found indoors or outdoors and shes a very social cat). I plan to purchase again when i have the money, and i certainly hope no one will take her bandana this time.
